Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Because our jewelry is handcrafted, processing times may vary during peak periods or special releases.

  • Custom pieces are created on a case-by-case basis and require additional time. Timelines for custom orders will be discussed and agreed upon directly with the client prior to production.

  • Standard processing timelines do not apply to custom orders.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the actual shipping rate.

  • Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost, which may vary depending on location and carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist as needed.
